Ugh.

This bites. We still haven’t found a place and I am FREAKING out!

I refuse to lie about what breed Toby is – the landlord HAS to know and be okay with it, or we just can’t live there.

He is a GOOD dog, he’s never dug holes, or chewed up anything, he is not remotely destructive and only barks if someone pounds on the door – and is never left alone by himself, so seems like this should be easier but thanks to lots of dog owners that weren’t as on it as we are, it makes this so much harder. *sigh*.

I am tired of living in Sacramento too the commute with these gas prices is obscene, and we literally cannot afford it. Maybe we can find something closer to Davis. ::crosses fingers::

So turns out – the landlord was lying. Big surprise huh?

After lying and threatening us with lawsuits and eviction from a property that was sold on auction, he’s now stiffing us for the security deposit – when he can not legally do a walk through on property he no longer owns.m Yeah that’s right, the house sold on January 8th – and the bank wants us out, big surprise, since they’ll want to fix up the lot and house before putting it on the market again.

For a guy that said he was such a good upstanding Christian – sure is a funny way to be honest and legit. Thanks Paul and Angela Jacinth – for being such low life scumbags to not pay your mortgages and then try to strong arm your “tenants” when you no longer legally own the property (for money that is no longer legally yours to hold or demand) that you defaulted on while taking 1150 bucks a month rent from us and 600 bucks rent from the upstairs neighbor (let’s not even get into how you were GOUGING us considering how little you were charging the folks upstairs) steal from folks that never did anything wrong to you and whose ONLY mistake was to think you were good God-fearing people. Greedy assholes more like.

Did you even ONCE spend a thought on how this would affect us? How horrible it is to have your home ripped out from under you and not have any money saved up to move or even secure a new place to live when you were already barely making it??? Probably not, for that would mean you would have a conscience. Which you obviously do not possess.

Hope you get all the karma you deserve and then some.

You guys are thieves. Lying little scummy thieves. May you get the same treatment you handed to everyone else handed to you threefold. Jerks.

And a new problem.

We came home from work today to find a very official looking notice on the door from a bank saying that the house is being foreclosed on – and worse – that it is scheduled to be sold on January 8th!!!

I called the landlord, and he’s telling me that the bank doesn’t know what it is talking about (sure RIGHT dude – banks get confused SO often … not), and that he has paid and it will all be sorted out.

Prob is – rent is due on the 5th. 3 days before the bank says the house is being put on the auction block.

Landlord demands the rent – or threatens to evict us. What to do???

Ugh. Freaking HATE this sort of drama.
